Easy Return Steps
1) Notify our team via the contact form and include the following details in your message:
  • First and Last Name
  • Order Number
  • Request Type: Replace/Return/Exchange
  • What item(s)
  • Briefly explain the reason for this request.
2) Our support team will respond back to you with return instructions within 2 business days.
3) Pack your order as per the checklist detailed below.
4) Once the item has been received by us, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
5) Refund will be applied to your original method of payment and it should process within 10 days of approval depending on the payment method.

 

Return Checklist
Product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item has to be returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Ensure that the package is sufficiently secure to protect the item from damage during shipping. We strongly suggest insuring the package for its value in case the goods get damaged in transit. We offer hassle free 30 days return policy from the day of your purchase.

 

Full Refund
  • Replacement: If your order arrives damaged, please take few pictures of the damaged item and its shipping box and contact us within 24 hours to obtain a replacement item at no additional cost to you. We will prioritize fulfillment of the replacement order, so you can enjoy it at the earliest.
  • Return: We offer hassle free 30 days return policy from the day of your purchase. Orders older than 30 days cannot be returned for a full refund or store credit. We’ll consider the return shipment date when determining the applicability of this policy. Refund will exclude the shipping costs. Refund will be applied to your original method of payment and most will process within 10 days.
  • Exchange: We’ll only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to reserve your replacement item and follow the return steps detailed below. Please note that some items are decorated by hand leading to some variations and minor imperfections. We believe this adds uniqueness and beauty to these products.
Partial Refund
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted if:
  • Returned products have obvious signs of use or have been altered.
  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is missing identification tags.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be a subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee if it passes inspection and meets all of the above conditions.
Gift Return
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected by us, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping
  • We will ship replacement items at no cost to you.
  • However, you will be responsible for shipping costs of your return or exchange if your order did not arrive damaged. These shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance.
